There are 30 days in September, April, June and November.. So i figure the best time to start is the 1st of SEPTEMBER.
The Kardashian sisters have such fab figures and with their pictures sprawled all over magazines they definitely inspire me to get in shape. One of my most favourite ways to keep fit is running.. I do have a gym membership but sometimes I just prefer to get outside and workout or pull out my yoga mat at home..
Of course losing weight is 80% diet, I usually watch what I eat anyway because I find that what I eat effects how I feel but that doesn't stop me from indulging in takeaways and chocolate every now and then. So maybe just a few adjustments with better snacks and smaller portion sizes will help me on my way to success!
